Vinh LeStaff Attorney
Vinh is a staff lawyer at Kershaw, Cook & Talley, where he focuses his practice on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
Vinh’s broad and interdisciplinary training in science instilled in him a love for figuring out how and why things work, and the ability to solve problems in a methodical and rational way. Prior to law school, Vinh was a Research Scientist at The Department of Biological Structure at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. There, he investigated the neural basis of visual shape representation and recognition by using a combination of single-cell neurophysiology experiments, psychophysics, mathematical techniques, and computational modeling to address questions about how visual stimuli are represented in the brain and how they ultimately underlie behavior.
Vinh earned a J.D. from Emory University with a focus on intellectual property and health law. Vinh also holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Washington with a focus on cellular and molecular biology and physiology. His goal is to combine his unique background and skills together in a career that makes a big impact in science, technology, and public health.
Outside of law, Vinh enjoys learning about new technologies, running, tennis, and of course, coffee.
