Vinh Le is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Kershaw Talley Barlow, where he has shifted his practice towards class action and mass tort litigation. His robust expertise in addressing intricate legal challenges across a broad array of technologies and fields, combined with his meticulous and thoughtful approach to law, brings immense value to the firm.

Before joining Kershaw Talley Barlow, Vinh played an instrumental role in resolving high-stakes intellectual property and commercial disputes, and he also has significant experience litigating complex pharmaceutical cases. He honed his skills in Silicon Valley, where he represented Fortune 100 corporations, online service providers, prominent consumer electronics manufacturers, and innovative semiconductor companies in patent and commercial litigation.

Vinh's proficiency extends from enterprise and consumer products, computer software and hardware, data encryption, internet content delivery and load balancing, network communications, consumer electronics and computer peripherals, to video gaming, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. This diverse expertise, fostered through his time at several renowned Silicon Valley intellectual property firms, equips him with a unique perspective for navigating the intricate landscape of multijurisdictional complex litigation.

Vinh received his J.D. from Emory University and a B.S. in Biology, specializing in cellular and molecular biology and physiology, from the University of Washington. Prior to his law career, Vinh worked as a research scientist at the Department of Biological Structure at the University of Washington, focusing on the neural basis of visual shape representation and recognition through computational modeling and lab work. This scientific foundation further enriches his skills to represent clients affected by pharmaceutical negligence and misconduct.

 Away from the courtroom, Vinh actively contributes to the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley.
